tweepstats.comTweepstats.com generates stats for twitter users, with details such as hashtags used, websites linked to and top words tweeted. Here are a few tips to get the most out of the site:

  • Direct links Instead of using the search box on the homepage, you can go straight to the TweepStats for a twitter user or list by typing the URL into your browser, for example http://tweepstats.com/jackstow

  • Anchor tags Each individual TweepStats section has a direct link as well, which uses a '#' character anchor tag in the URL. Click on the heading to find the link for that section, for example: http://tweepstats.com/jackstow#TwitterClients

  • History By default stats are generated from the last 200 tweets by a user or list. If you want more, use the history links at the bottom of the TweepStats page.

  • Lists If you want to follow the TweepStats for a group of people, then create a Twitter list for them and use the format username/list in the search box on TweepStats, or type the URL directly into your browser, such as http://tweepstats.com/jackstow/musicians

  • RSS Feeds TweepStats RSS feeds, which are refreshed every hour, are great way to integrate the stats with other applications. For example, by using Tweepstats.com and Twitterfeed.com together, you can automatically post your latest stats to Twitter and Facebook. The link to the feeds is at the bottom of all TweepStats pages. Find the feeds you want then sign up for a free Twitterfeed account. From your Twitterfeed control panel you can add RSS feeds, link them to your Twitter and Facebook account and decide how often you want to auto-post updates.
