I've recently set up a Facebook fan page for my website, music, blogging, etc. I followed 'The Blogger's Guide to Facebook' online tutorial, which I recommend. It's detailed and has several step-by-step videos. While setting up my page I came across a couple of extra little tweaks that I thought I'd share in this post.
Twitterfeed now has the ability to post to your Facebook fan page wall. Just sign up, set up your feeds, link them to your Facebook account and your fan page wall will stay automatically updated with your latest blog posts etc.
I wanted to link my public Google Calendar, which has all my gigs, to Facebook. There are several applications that will import Facebook events into Google Calendar, but I wanted one that works the other way round. I found iCalendar to Event, which will take the iCal format of a public calendar and import it into Facebook events. You just need to install it, point it at the URL for your Google Calendar and all your events will be synced with your Facebook fan page.
